Welded High density Polyethylene self adhesive waterproofing membrane it "adopts the pre-laying construction technology" and can be welded waterproofing membrane, after the membrane bonds with the concrete it forms an integral seal with prevents laterals water migration, the waterproof effect is not affected by building settlement, reinforcement can be directly laid on top of the membrane and it doesnot require screed protection.
In this roling material, the extruded sheet of modiied polyethylene resin is made as the main waterproof material, while the water-soluble isolation material is adopted as the waterproof bonding layer, and then the protective layer of polyethylene membrane is covered to form the polymer waterproof rolling material.
*Joints and overlaps are hot-welded to ensure zero leakage through lap joints
*The pre-laying & reversely bonding technology of product. The pre-laying & reversely bonding technology is adopted to form one integration with the structural concrete of rear foot, so that the problem of traditional wrapped waterproof can be resolved
*The high-strength sheet of product can effectively resist any crack or puncture, and any protective layer is not required any more. Once the assembling reinforcement is completed, the concreting can be done.
*High bonding strength. The product can form a permanent bond with concrete. I has a higher bonding strength and excellent efect of water retention, so that the leakage probability can be effectively reduced.
*Prevent any destruction of sedimentation. As known, the traditional waterproof layer will be torn by any foundation settlement or subsidence of protective layer. However, the pre-laying & reversely bonding material can be bonded with the structure to prevent any destruction of sedimentation.
*Light material & easy operation. The waterproof of Grade A can be realized by using the product with the thickness of 1.2 mm. The product can be applied in any kind of complex or simple formation level. It can be realized to rapidly pave and paste by only two workers.
*Waterproof for all weather use. The construction can be done in the muliple environments of rainy season, summer and winter etc.
*Shorten the construction period. The requirement for formation level is not high, and the structure layer is less. The construction is quick and convenient. The construction period will be shortened to over 10 days than that of common roling material.
*The rolling material of product has a higher peel strength, excellent tear resistance, strong capacity of hydrolysis resistance and excellent low temperature flexibility.
*The construction process does not need any solvent or fuel. It is green, safe and environmentally friendly.
The water-soluble isolation material is adopted as the waterproof bonding layer. After it is contacted with the wet concrete, the isolation material will be dissolved and disappeared. The self-adhesive layer of rolling material is directly bonded with the concrete. The bonding strength is high and the effect of anti -water breakthrough is good.
Scope of application
It is applied for any waterproofing works of subway, tunnel, hole, reservoir, canal, landfill, sewage treatment plant, metallurgical chemical plant, as well as the underground floor and side wall etc of industrial and civil buildings which are constructed by adopting the pre-laying and reversely bonding technology.

Application
Treatment of construction base surface
The construction base surface shall be treated. The base shall be flat, solid, free of sharp convex objects, and the surface of the base surface shall be free of pooled water.
Laying of waterproof roll
Concrete is poured backward on the sand side of the roll materials.The short side shall be overlapped in a staggered manner, and the staggered position shall not be less than 1/3 of the width, so as to prevent the short side from overlapping in the same position.The HDPE membranes are welded together by hot welded the width of lap sides 100mm, Before welded, keep the suface of HDPE film clear.The coiled material shall be lapped by means of hot wedge welding, and the lapping width shall be 100mm. Before welding, it shall be ensured that the lapping part is free of pollution. For single weld systems, the weld seam dimensions of the end and edge seams of the sheet should be at least 50mm. for double seam welding systems, it consists of two parallel weld seams 15mm wide, with a 20mm air duct gap between the two weld seams.Please weld with difference temperature and speed to choose the best one.(suggest:250°C, speed 1.5m; 300°C, speed 2.5m. 400°C, speed 3m etc)After welding, the overlapping area shall be covered with HDPE matched tapeThe waterproof roll shall be fixed on the concrete base in advance for the welding vertical to the base.The treatment of internal and external corners shall be carried out by means of prefabricated components of the supplier or cut the membrane and hot air welding on site.
Inspection
Check the overall apparent quality, overlapping quality, local node treatment and other items of the waterproofing membrane. If any quality defect is found, it shall be repaired immediately
Precautions
Construction is not allowed in rainy and snowy days and strong winds above Grade 5.The temperature of the construction environment should not be lower than 5°CThe base course is required to be flatDuring the material laying period, the completed area should be well protected to prevent the material rom being contaminated, which may affect the bonding strength with the structural concrete in the later stage
Storage conditions
The height of horizontal storage for the rolling material shall not be over five layers, and the roling material shall be stacked in a single layer when it is vertically storagedAvoid the sun, avoid the rain and pay attention to the ventilation. The ambient temperature should not be higher than 45 °C, and the relative humidity should not be over 80%.When they are stored at the same time, the multiple types and specifications of products should be separately placed according to the different types and specifications, and should not be mixed to prevent any misuseUnder the normal storage conditions, the warranty period of product is 1 year since the date of production. After the expiration date, the recheck and confirm of product that the test is qualified must be done before any use of product.
