Product Overview
Biogo spray rapid-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating is prepared by taking anionic modified emulsified asphalt and high molecular polymer latex as component A and a demulsifier as component B. The coating adopts spray technique, construction is safe and highly efficient. The combination of the two components instantly forms a waterproof film with waterproofing, anti-corrosion and anti-seepage functions. The coating combines the elasticity of rubber and the viscosity of asphalt, has good adhesion with a wet concrete base and excellent aging resistance.
Packing Specifications
Component A: 50 kg/barrel Component B: 10 kg/barrel
1 kg of component B shall be mixed with 9 kg of water to create a 10% solution, then matched with 50 kg of component A. The mixing ratio A:B = 5:1 for spraying.

Scope of Application
Applicable to waterproofing and protection of structures such as basements and roofs in industrial and civil buildings, industrial protection in chemical, electric power and other industries, protection of water conservancy facilities, lining of underground space projects, low-VOC projects and national defense projects.
Application Procedure
*The base shall be flat, solid, free of hollow drum, sanding, cracking, accumulated water and mold release agent. Internal and external corners shall be processed into an arc with a radius of 20 mm.
*Preparation of materials and tools: Prepare spraying equipment, adjust and test the equipment in advance. Test materials on site before construction.
*Large area spraying: Workers shall wear protective equipment including goggles, masks, gloves, protective suits, safety helmets and safety ropes for high-altitude operation before large-area spraying.
*Spraying must follow the sequence: from far to near, from high to bottom, from details to large area.
*Sprayed materials shall be overlapped repeatedly with a width of 50 mm–100 mm to ensure waterproof integrity.
*Protect materials in time after construction to avoid damage. Repair measured areas promptly if needed.
*Clean equipment in time after construction for next use. Equipment and lines can be cleaned with diesel or washing solution. Do not wash with hard water (tap water, underground water, rainwater, etc.), otherwise component A will react in the pipeline.

Attention
- *Base surface must be intact, solid and flat, free of loose particles, floating slurry and pooled water.
- *Do not add water to component A, otherwise it will affect the quality of component A.
- *Use professional spray equipment. Strictly follow the prescribed mixing ratio of the two components during spraying. Install a 40-mesh or higher filter screen at the inlet of spraying equipment to prevent nozzle blockage.
- *Use at 5℃–40℃. Do not use when temperature is below 5℃, wind above grade 5, or on rainy/snowy days.
- *Spray film may bulge after sunshine exposure if base moisture content is high. Direct spraying is allowed when moisture content is below 10%. For 10%–20% moisture content, spray component A once for base treatment only.
Transport and Stock
- Transport as ordinary goods, non-flammable and non-explosive. Anti-freezing in winter, do not stock below 0℃. Avoid sunshine and rain in summer. Storage temperature: 5℃–40℃.
- Shelf life: 10 months from production date. (Stir component A before use if stored for a long time.)
